clearing my mind

At 6:00 am in the morning I pray I give thanks for being blessed to see another day. To have a relax mind we have to have a grateful spirit. A grateful spirit allows you to appreciate everything that life has to offer. I walk for a hour listening to inspirational songs. After my morning walk I relax by reading a book and then the hard part come weight  training at the gym.

  1. after listening to the mp3 was very relax mental and physically i like the breathing exercise i recommend this exercise to anyone who stress or just mentally tied.
